USB 3 Media stutter

I have a PCiE card providing USB 3 and have a couple of hubs with a Brio 3 Logitech webcam and an Altec Lansing speaker. This works great on Catalina and earlier, but with Big Sur beta 10 video and audio "stutter."
Has anybody else seen anything similar.
