It can. It's the usb spec, not the card that causes the issue. It doesn't cause any interference on my 5.1, but it's the luck of the draw.

The wifi antenna is in the pastic frame around the PCI brackets.

So, no wonder it interfere.

The best solution imho, is to pull the internal Bluetooth board data cable and use an USB dongle near the desktop.
