USB Audio Issues with Zoom and Logitech Brio

I am hooked via a PCIe USB 3 card and some USB 3 hubs to a Logitech Brion and also some Altec Lansing speakers.
Worked great on all previous systems but the late Betas of Big Sur have created a big stutter - useless.

Has anybody seen this? Any idea for fixes? The Bio needs USB 3 for its full HD mode.

I bypassed the Anker hub and it worked. This all works with Catalina, but at least there is a work around.
