USB-C Digital AV Multiport Adapter not working

Hi,

We have a USB-C Digital AV Multiport Adapter which is not working anymore.

The laptop (MacBook Air and MacBook Pro) reads the adapter when connecting, but that's all. Not a single port works when connecting. It always worked, but since a few weeks not anymore.

Does anyone has the solution??
