MP 1,1-5,1 USB Error on Monterey

Hello!

I need help.
A few days ago, I noticed that when I unplug a USB device and plug it back in, the system doesn't detect it, that is, it doesn't work until I restart the machine
I also tried it on High Sierra and this error does not appear there
Does anyone know a solution to this?
Mac pro 5.1(2009) Monterey 12.6.3 O.C. 0.8.9

Use an USB hub, thats a well known and documented behaviour.

sure, plug the USB 1.1 stuff in an USB Hub (maybe you have one in your display) and you are good to go.
