Just picked up the Caldigit TS3 Plus after having it on my radar for awhile. Amazon had a pretty enticing deal on it that made me pull the trigger. I have two of the older LG UltraFine 4K displays (the 21.5 inch ones) that both work as normal. Unfortunately, I have yet to be successful in having both connecting to my MacBook Pro via the CalDigit Dock. One of the displays is plugged in via the Thunderbolt 3 port on the back and that displays always comes on, every time. The second displays that I have going into the Displayport with this active cable, has never worked. Does anyone have any solutions? Thinking about trying CalDigit's own adapter to put on the back of the second Ultrafine and using an Cable Matters DisplayPort Cable. Maybe go for this?
