Hello I have a powermac G3 i am trying to setup to be my media machine and I would really like to have a remote control for it, preferably the apple remote. I was wanting to know if this is possible through some sort of adaptor, If so what can I use and will the G3 support. Thanks very much for your help.

I'm aware that the Powermac is not supported by apple but is it possible to use the apple remote on it with an adaptor so I can control my iTunes.

Look into mira or remote buddy, they both will allow you to use the apple remote with a supported receiver, you will also need an available usb port on the mac.
