I have a iphone 6 and various voice recording apps

I'd like to use my power beats blutooth headphones as a wireless mic so that I can make notes as I walk, with my iphone in my pocket.

Right now if I press the middle button on my beats mic it takes me to siri, how can I make it activate / deactivate the record button on an audio recoring app?

THANKS

The cesspit of civilization
Can't you say to siri: "Record this" or something similar? I can't even activate Siri on my Studio Wireless, since long-pressing the play/pause button will only disconnect the headphones from it's current audio source.

I loath Siri! I tried it. NO luck...unless I didn't ask it the right way.

I have many audio apps , the one that works best for me is Voice Record. But I want to be able to use bluetooth
mic and activate record from headset .... I'm happy to buy any app, and even any headset. Just cant figure it out
