iPhone Various apps closing immediately

Looking on Twitter there seems to be a widespread issue with various Apps closing immediately upon opening. I’m having this problem myself on an iPhone XR, iOS 13.5.1 My partner on the same phone model / version is having this issue.

Apps affected seem to be numerous, the ones I can’t open are Spotify, Waze and Pinterest.

Not sure if it is a fault only affecting certain phones or certain versions.

edit: my work phone 7 plus on 12.1.4 having the same problems with the same apps.

Facebook SDK Issue Again Causing Numerous iOS Apps to Crash or Freeze
