Basically the title says it all.
I installed Sonoma on a separate volume and for some weird reason several settings from system preferences (keyboard shortcuts, menu bar options, etc) and also from 3rd party apps (MonitorControl, Rectangle, etc) are not persistent. After a restart or logging off they're all set to their previous values...
I already ran Disk Utility First Aid but it's still the same... Any other ideas?
