Ahead of the pre-order tomorrow, I wanted to make sure my available upgrade would work through Apple. I keep getting this message when trying to upgrade. I am the account owner and my line is the primary line.
I've contact Verizon and they say it's on Apple's end.
I have no problem upgrading through Verizon or Best Buy when I test it.
I would prefer to order directly from Apple.
Has anyone else had this problem?
