I have 3 questions - given that we're a family of 4 and we keep phones for ~3 years
My daughter and I want to upgrade our Xs to 13 ProMax. When I tried to do it on her line it said that she had to choose one of several options, all of which were based on her getting her own account rather than be on our family account. I upgraded our shared 8GB plan to unlimited yesterday. Does she actually have to have an account of her own? (I haven't tried to do mine yet)
I saw in another thread that you had to have an upgraded Unlimited account, not the basic. If this is true, do all four of us need the higher plan or just the two of us?
At the end of the process it said that they can't ship it, but if I do it at an Apple store I can get the Verizon deal. I don't want to get there and not be eligible.
