Hi,
I pulled a bunch of movies off of a Tivo that I have an am trying to convert them to MP4 format which seems to be the most compatible. The goal is to simply put them onto a hard drive and plug them into the back of a Roku.
The movies are high definition and about 4-5gb a movie. I'm using a program called Easfab Video Converter to convert them to MP4 format but it takes hours per movie. 200+ movies to convert and I'd be using it to convert stuff with my MacBook Air for a month or so. I also tried one of the free apps in the App Store and that didn't work and stopped halfway through the conversion.
Any suggestions or is a MacBook Air just not cut out for a task like this?
Thanks
