Video Podcast Issue

I am having a problem with Video Podcasts on my phone. They play fine in iTunes, but when I transfer them over to the phone, the audio plays, but the only thing I see is the first frame of the video. What could be the issue?

Video podcasts are listed both in the Podcasts tab and also the Videos tab. The ones listed in the Podcast tab is the audio portion of it only. You'll have to go to Videos and there will be a section with all the video podcasts there.
