I am having an issue with my Apple Watch where someone will text me a picture/video and the alert will only show on my apple watch and won't show up on my iPhone. When I click on the message to download it on my watch it just gets stuck downloading and nothing happens.
Regular text messages seem to work just fine, I only seem to have an issue with pictures and videos.
1. Why do some text only show up on my Apple watch and not my iPhone, while other times it shows up on both?
2. Why won't the video's download so I can watch them?
I have attempted the following so far...
switched airplane mode off/on both devices
rebooted watch/phone
turned iMessages off/on
I figured i ask around here before hitting up Apple Support to see if anyone else had a similar problem. Thanks for any input!
