Viewing other computers on the Network.

Hello, we have four computers in our house connected to the same router.

My Apple iMac - Wirelessly
Sisters WinXP Laptop - Wirelessly
Mums WinVista Laptop - Wirelessly
Dads Ubuntu Linux Desktop - Wired

When at the windows computers, we can go to the Network in windows explorer and see all of the other computers, and when we click on the computers we can view our passworded folders, and also use our printers wirelessly (Shared)
But from the mac, (Finder) i click NETWORK but nothing displays, how can I make this so I see printers and the other 3 computers on the network?
