Anyone subject a Wordpress plugin that allow me to privately view the visitors to my site without showing the counter on the site?

You could add Google Analytics to your site, that allows you to see how many visitors and what pages they're visiting. You can even see realtime visitor info if you keep the Google page open.

There are WordPress plugins to help with adding GA to a site.
