I just upgrade my old macmini 2009 late to El Capitan, then I found I can’t use VNC viewer from iPhone or iPad to connect to Mac, what can I do?

Resolved VNC viewer can’t connect to Mac after upgrade to El Capitan

I found the reason! After upgraded to El Capitan, it is back to use Screen Sharing for VNC(Only Remote Management in Maverick), so that when I check Screen Sharing again, my iPad and iPhone can coonect to El Capitan with VNC.
