I just received a confirmation email through from vodafone and it stated that the tariff I had signed up for on Friday included wifi!
This was the first I had heard of it, and their website still doesn't mention it. So I gave them a call and apparently they have been doing work behind the scenes with BT Openzone, so £10 now buys you both 1GB of data on their network and through BT Openzone. It's still not the best deal around but it is the only network that provides a signal at work and they don't have wifi in the office.
Hope this info helps anybody that still can't decide which network to choose.
