iPad Voice Control in other languages than English

Hi,

I have just updated my iPad 2018 to iPadOS 13.1, but Voice Control is only available in English (US). Is there a way to switch it to any other language, like Ukrainian or Russian? I tried switching the iPad UI language, but in does not help.
