I probably need to start doing a walking workout, say 20-30 minutes a day.
A gym is not an option, so, I guess the only other option is merely walking outside, right?
Probably best for me to perform this feat. in the early hours of the morning, before work. Facing the cold might be the biggest challenge at the moment.
Anyone else starting a walking regime? Does Fitness+ help?
