I've experienced some strange problems with my iPod Tough 4g with iOS 6.1.6 (audio is lost in games but is fine when playing music or videos) so I want to wipe it clean and reinstall everything.
iTunes backs up the iPod every time i Sync with my Mac but does it back up my entries in the "Reminders" app and "Notes"? I don't see any mention of them in iTunes, nor can I find anything I've entered there on my Mac. These two apps are essential to me and I won't reinstall anything before I can 100% verify that all that information is stored safely on my Mac.
