Warcraft 3 not installing

I am facing a problem, i installed warcraft 3 and updated it. I played a via campaign games and everything works. Now i want to install the expansion but it does not work. When i insert the cd and click the installer it gives me contract (dont know whats thats called but every game has it) after i click i agree it ejects the cd. This happend with my iMac and with my MacBook Pro.

I have no idea what i am doing wrong.

It seems strange, when i inserted the original wc3 cd after i click agree it seems to work and is installing from the original game.
