Tried this app out, seems able to stream shows without sign-in for older stuff. However, there seem to be sync issues on the episode of Dancing With The Stars I tried. It has digital noise sounds once in a while, and the audio sync with the video is noticeably off sometimes when people go to talk. Have to try more and see if this is an app issue or not.
