WatchKit SDK

Hello.

I am an Apple developer and I am interested in the development of applications for the upcoming iWatch.

However apple has not yet said when they would release the WatchKit SDK, and any information online is irrelevant.

Does anybody know when the iWatch SDK would be publicly available?
And will the programming still be done within Xcode and Objective-C/Swift as the main languages?

I think it will be just before the realease so developers can get their apps resdy
