WayBack Help (PLEASE)

Hi, I happen to have a Koss KS4190 Home Theater System. The company has gone out of business, and I am having trouble with the optical port and a sound sync. problem. This was a known problem, and directions were posted on Koss' site describing how to fix it. Since the site is gone, i've been using the WayBack Machine to look through the site. I found the exact page that includes a link to a .doc (MS Word) file which is the directions. When I click it, it takes me to one of those "non-existant" page things. The reason I think I should be able to download it still is all of the PDFs they had online are still accessible through Wayback. Anyway, here is the link.

The file I need is the 4th FAQ & the file is entitled "UPGRADE_PROCEDURE.doc"

PLEASE, any help appreciated!!!
