Webcam recommendation for PC?

Hello

I am on a Mac with an Isight, trying to communicate with family back home via webcam. They are on a Windows PC.

What's a nice web cam that works well on the PC end?

I have ichat and AIM, they have AIM. So, a cam that plays nice with these softwares.

Thanks for any suggestions!
