Just switched to Verizon (from AT&T). My old phone was an iPhone 7, running the latest iOS 14. I’m now using a 13pro.

I’m noticing that when I’m traveling around town and I’m on a Webex meeting, I will lose audio (but not the video) in certain areas. The audio will come back when I move.

I’m wondering if this is a problem with certain Verizon towers, or the Webex client, or iOS 15, or something else. Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions?

I have had similar problems but often don't get the audio back at all. I talked to WebEx and they told me that it must be a carrier (Verizon) issue. I have a iPhone 12 and it only happens when I'm using cellular data and not wifi

Ok. Good to know it’s probably a carrier problem. I guess we’ll have to see how it goes — Verizon seems to be providing better overall service so far. I’m not really interested in switching carriers again….
