You can zoom VERY far in to make any reading equivalent to most regular sized screens. Just imagine if ALL of a laptop screen was masked off - all you could see was a relatively small area - that of that iPhone. Then to view the rest you scroll around to move the non-vieable portions into the unmasked area.

It pretty simple. So there really is no need to make a site "fit". Also the zoom factors are not fixed, you can zoom in a little, a lot, or all the way.

As for music and sound effects, they may not play as there is no flash support.

That is pretty crazy... Sounds like time to save up for one. No flash support though damn.. I guess the music wouldn't play afterall. Wonder if the iTunes feed would work on it from its own browser.
