Resolved weird bluetooth recognition on OSX 10.10.5

i'm having difficulty recognizing bluetooth device. my mac pro(2008 early) seems weird. when booting with safe mode, it recognizes bluetooth hardware correctly but when restarting, it loads different hardware profiles and i can't use handoff any longer. see the pics attached. even hardware manufacturer is different each other. it is weird. does someone know why this happens and how it can be fixed? Please help!

Problem solved. i removed the original BT module from the motherboard, and it works well now.
hope this will help anyone struggling w/ this issue.
