Weird Clicking sound on bottom of macbook air m2 2022

Hi I Have my Macbook air 2022 m2 for several month
at start my right palm rest started sounds like clicking when ever i put my hands on it after changing screws for several times and even get it a little bit loosen ( now it wont even screw when i use penta screws) but it didnt help.
it is kinda OCD of mine i think but does not feel so good when i spend so much money on it.

any ideas to get rid of this sound ?

you've perhaps stripped the thread in the hole.
did you take AppleCare+ warranty?
if so, off to the genius bar or AR you go …

thanks but i was not able to check with apple stores back in time and now this sound stock with me
