Resolved Weird fps shutter while playing games on Windows

Hey eveyone, i finally decided to buy an external ssd for windows and it's working perfect so far. I really wanted to play some games on my mac and this is now possible but i'm facing a weird issue with every game i try out. The game runs great at least 60fps or around that but then i get every 5/10 sec a little fps lagg, shutter which is totally destroying the fun. Idk what should i update or change to fix this problem. The drivers are up to date. I tried to decrease the resolution and scaling but the same issue is happening on low or high graphical setting so there is something else which i need to change.
