iPhone 15/Plus Weird Screen when pluging in Iphone 15 plus

Hi Everyone,

I get from time to time a weird screen for a few seconds when i am pluging my iphone to the USB C charger.
It's not really visible here but i can see a part of the hour but in a strange way.

Looks like it's a software bug. Let me know your thoughts.

I have this similar issue after charging in my car. Usually it’s after I have had the XM app going+Waze. But I get this weird red color.
