I think I found it

I believe it's "Jamie's Recipes" - Jamie Oliver's app.

At least a screen shot in the app store has the same layout, color scheme, etc.

The screenshots on the iPad are different than in iTunes, so look in the app store on your iPad to see what I mean (last screen with roast rack of lamb picture).
