What are "Items" in MacOS Photos App (6.0)

Hello!

In my library, at the bottom it says I have 98,508 photos, 6,649 videos, and 2 items. What the heck is an item? Does anyone have any idea what that could be or how I could filter it down to find them? Google not being very helpful.
