The minimum requirements are basically just devices that are supported. The level of performance is somewhat different and separate from that. Hard to make a call on that when it comes to early betas of a brand new major version.Will it slow down my iPad Mini 4 like what iOS 11 did to my iPad Mini 2? If so I wont upgrade.
