- Assume no additional cell service with Verizon allowing for add-ons or any of that other stuff.

I noticed that AT&T brought their $30/mo unlimited data plan back for the iPad if you set it up as prepaid from scratch.

What options pop up for a fresh Verizon activation?

[doublepost=1527922366][/doublepost]The pricing of the single device plan for a tablet only is as little as $10 with autopay. Their will be an activation fee. The prepaid plan offers not activation fee but costs $20 per month for 1GB of data on the tablet. The $20 prepaid plan is the cheapest but expires in 30 days but the most expensive plan is $100 for 10GB and that plan expires in 60 days. It also has a weekly plan that costs $15 for 500MB but expires in 7 days which may be good if only need it occasionally for outages.

Thanks, shame they aren’t more competitive.

The Verizon post paid costs $15 without autopay and data overages cost $10 per GB with or without autopay so 4GB with autopay would cost $40 and $45 without autopay.
[doublepost=1527986873][/doublepost]US Cellular has a no overage Tablet plan for as little as $10 for 1GB $15 for 2GB $25 for 4GB $40 for 10GB $90 for 30GB. Unfortunately they are a regional carrier so depending on where you are live you may or may not be able to sign up for service with US Cellular unlike other carriers which offer nationwide rather than regional service.
[doublepost=1527986999][/doublepost]The US Cellular tablet plan is a post paid plan called total plans which claim to have no hidden fees such as no activation fees.
