What are your charging habits with the AirPods?

Are you putting the case on charge every night like an iPhone just out of habit, or waiting until it actually needs charging like a Magic Keyboard/Trackpad?

I put case on charger when at home and sometimes leave case open so I can grab them for a call. My girlfriend and I have long conversations so I just switch out one AirPod for another periodically.
