I've been using a Mac to produce music (amateur) for around 10 years, but aside from the Logic Pro itself and the plugins, I'm struggling to find any compelling apps from the built-in App Store.
There's the odd tool that helps me out with my workflow, such as MIDIPlayer X, but I'm generally surprised at how few apps there are.
Whilst I'd be interested to hear any success stories/positive feedback for specific apps - any cost, feature-set - I'd put an emphasis on audio converters. At the moment I'm using MediaHuman Audio Converter, but it's not on the M.A Store as is starting to feel a little stale to me.
