Coin toss guess by others would be Extreme in a Mac Pro.
Extreme would be 2 Ultra chips or 4 Max chips.
A Max draws ~100W. So four of them would be ~400W.
You'd need very good cooling to replicate the operating noise of a Mac Studio.
Price difference between a Max & Ultra Mac Studio SKUs is $2000. So if that follows on the Mac Pro then expect a starting price of $7999.
This fits into the 2019 Mac Pro's start price of $5999.
Let us hope there are apps that take advantage of this.
At 5nm this year is mind boggling.... by late 2024 3nm it would be insane.
