My Macbook Pro mid 2012 is running very slow after updating to OS Sierra. i just ran Hardware Test on my MacBook and got the following error :

Alert! Apple Hardware test has detected an error.
4SNS/1/40000000: VPOR-19.763

What does this mean ?
How should I know that which part is damaged ?

I am pretty sure that only a certified Apple technician can give you the answer to that. Do you have an Apple Store nearby? They will check it for free and explain your options.
