What external battery?

Hi there,

I use Satnav apps on my Ipod touch 4th gen and looking for an external battery as it don't last that long being on all the time with bluetooth. I can't seem to find any good ones so maybe you guys will know of one?

I could do with one that is small as I have my ipod on bike mount, I also want one that will last abit and that is no more than £20.
