iPhone 11 What Gets Transferred to my new iPhone?

Hi All,

I have an iPhone 8 and went I get my iPhone 11 next week, I was going to transfer my data using the new 12.4 migration tool.

However, I can't find this anywhere - what exactly gets transferred??? Do the songs I have in Music get transferred, do the songs I downloaded on Spotify transfer?

Any help would be great.

Just backup your phone and then open the box and set up the new phone by restoring from the last backup you had on your old phone and you’re set.

Ok - thanks! Wasn't sure it did a literal clone of my existing or only bits and pieces.
