What is the fastest iMac still using High Sierra

Late 2019 iMac's can still use High Sierra. What is the fastest iMac, processor, if you still want to use High Sierra. I am thinking about a used iMac and want to get the fastest one possible.

The 2019 iMacs shipped with Mojave 10.14.4, so you won't get High Sierra running there. Certainly the fastest iMac that'll run High Sierra would be the iMac Pro with the 18-core Xeon.
