Ever since I upgraded to 10.4.3, an application called "SyndicationAgent" has begun appearing in my Dock. It bounces like it's going to start up, then it vanishes. Restarting it from Recent Items does the same thing. I understand it has something to do with RSS feeds, but I'm wondering what it does, and whether it needs to do it.
