What is wrong with my screen

How can I fix it?, What is the problem?

Yesterday I was using my MBP as usual, when suddenly the tone of the color in the screen changed, I restarted it, but didnt work, so I did reset the NVRAM, but it just got worse

Can you describe the change in the color a bit more?

The screenshot you have attached looks perfectly normal on my rMBP screen. This could indicate that it might be the screen, but it could also be some calibration settings. Though I do not know how that would happen by itself. Are you using an application like f.lux or anything like that?
