I know this has been asked but I wanted to create a poll to see at a glance what people choose as their storage capacity for their 11 Pro Max and how they are finding it.

I have ~232 free of my 512 GB.

Yes, I made the right choice.

edit: never mind, missed the “Max” part. I have the 11 Pro. I unvoted.

I’ve used 44GB.

That’s with a bunch of Apple TV content I haven’t watched yet and a bunch of massive games, some of which I should probably delete because I never play them. Safe to say 64GB is good enough for me.

Bare in mind I came from a 32GB device so this is relatively massive for me.

I have added a poll to my thread. Shouldn't this thread be merged to mine?
No because this one is strictly for the 11 pro max as I want to see people’s storage for this specific device yours is for any iPhone gen.

If I could access the 11 like a flash drive for personal storage I would have gotten the 512, but since its phone only stuck with 256. I shoot a lot of live music video as well as do pretty much all of my music scratch tracks on iPhone / iPad before take it into a proper daw.. 256 has held me so far.

64GB is enough if you use iCloud and you aren’t a heavy user in photography or videos
I have 50GB of iCloud storage but not to sure how to use in terms of photo storage, if you upload photos to iCloud are able to put them back onto the phone at a later date?

64GB is more than enough for me with icloud storage and Google Photos. Currently have 35.65 GB free.

How do iCloud Photos and Google Photos work? Is it possible to upload pictures and videos in full resolution to these services? And sync to the Photos library on the mac? It's always a hassle to connect the phone by cable and sync!

If you have your photos uploaded in iCloud, you can see and share it on your iPhone, iPad, iMac or any Pc. In Apple devices is faster, and you have all the information without spend memory storage on that.

I thought I posted on this thread yesterday, but I don't see it now, so I will post it again.

I have iPhone 11pro max 256 GB with 210 GB free but have only had the IPhone for10 days.

I got the 512GB. The 256 was sold out and would have honestly worked for me, but I have plans of using 4K video and photography a lot over the next few years and also plan to keep it in the family until it no longer gets updates. I used this to talk me into the 512.
