I like iCloud and how it syncs with your iPhone an other devices.
However the Mac Address book is not that easy to use and would prefer an Excel-like table view to edit my contacts, quickly jump between field and quickly copy addresses between different contacts for instance.
This used to be possible in Bento but now that software is no longer developed!
I tried FullContact (and CoBook) and BusyContacts but am not satisfied with the editing capabilities.

Any suggestions?
Thanks, Cedric

P.S.
Also tagging would be a great plus!
Also nested contact folders would be awesome.
And the organization by family/home with shared addresses and phone numbers would be super great but well...

Most people, once they've got their contacts together in whatever app they use, don't need to do that kind of editing.

You might be able to find a customer relationship manager application or online service that can do more advanced editing.
