I realize that Formac has a terrible customer service reputation, but I can't even get a response from US Sales for the company in regards to purchasing a couple 2010 monitors! I just want to buy product, but I cannot find any direct sales links on their site. I have emailed US offices, German offices, British offices (sales AND marketing), and even spoke directly to Dave Raven.
Did these guys go bankrupt?
Am I missing something?
I already own one 2010, I love it, and I want to add 2 additional monitors in my office. I purchased the 2010 directly from Formac US in 2003. Now, no links, no nothing.
Somebody tell me what you know about the current situation at Formac PLEASE.
