WhatsApp images turn

Hi, All! Can't remember, when this glitches cames out for the first time: everytime every image in any chat, when i turn click on it, not hiding edit option, turn it on side, it's shows only on half part of screen, another part is just black. And it cant be turned back or exit, im forced to reset it, swiping up whatsapp

which version of iPadOS 16? Which version of Whatsapp? What happen if you post a picture? Which iPhone? Pictures you receive? Pictures you send? VPN? Private Relay active? et cetera…
